Dylan Morningstar

Dylan holds an Applied Research license (R1166) in good standing with the Ontario Ministry of Citizenship and Multiculturalism (MCM), and has worked in the Cultural Resource Management (CRM) profession since 2014. His experience includes field supervision, artifact analysis, GIS, reporting, and specialist archaeobotanical analysis.

Since 2020, Dylan has specialized in the recovery and analysis of plant material from archaeological sites in Ontario. Working under the tutelage of Rudy Fecteau and Dr. James Conolly, Dylan gained valuable macroscopic identification and interpretive skills. His research interests include the intersection of Human Behavioural Ecology, Archaeobotany, and community archaeology.
